Resistance

Reduces incoming damage by 20% per level. Each level of Resistance (starting at level 0) reduces damage taken by multiplying it by 0.2 per level+1 and subtracting from the original damage amount.

How to get it

Potions

• Potion (generic crafted potion) — Duration and level varies by potion recipe
• Flash Flask (custom potion item) — 200 ticks, level 1 per use
• Bottled Flame (potion block variant) — Can be crafted with various durations

Food

• Bismuth Apple — 600 ticks (30 seconds), level 0
• Shulki Shulki fish — 200 ticks (10 seconds), level 0
